Rides around St. John

First ride...

Headed for Gagetown...On the ferry...
...along the St. John River...

...passed the farms...

...and churches...

...through the apple orchards...

...around the cemetary...
...and around the cows...

...to the Gagetown Marina...

...and lunch at the Creek Side Restaurant.

Second ride...

Headed to St. Martins...through the potato fields...

...along the Belleisle Bay...

...into the covered bridge...
...beside the lobster boats at low tide...
... to St. Martins on the Bay of Fundy......

...at low tides...

...in front of the caves...

...and in the caves.

The beach is not like any we have ever seen. The water was at low tide. The rocks were so pretty, the water was chilly, the seagrass was not squishy and neither was the sand that looked like mud.

It was a beautiful day at the beach.

We had the famous chowder with a buttered tea biscuit...so yummy!

  2. I love the pictures of the Bay of Fundy. The beach and the caves. We were surprised the first time we stayed at Ormond Beach as to how far the tide goes out on the Atlantic. It looks like you and Joe are having a great time. Where are you now?
